Black Mountain Country Club
Black Mountain Country Club is one of the oldest golf courses in Las Vegas. The original nine holes, "the Founders", opened in 1958 and then expanded to an 18-hole facility with the addition of "the Horizon" nine in 1963. In 2002, a third nine was added, "the Desert". Black Mountain Country Club is located in Henderson, Nevada and thrives on a very high level of customer service. Here you can expect to feel as if you were a member of a Private Country Club for a day.
The golf course at Black Mountain Country Club is not terribly long, with the longest combination of nines being 6,600 yards. The most challenging thing about the golf course is maneuvering the golf ball around dog-legs and into very small greens.
Black Mountain Country Club is one of the last remaining old school golf courses in Las Vegas. If you enjoy a simple game of golf that doesn’t require long forced carries and too many watery graves, we highly recommend this golf course.
