Tiger Puts On a Party in Las Vegas

Once again the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino will play host to the 10th annual Tiger Jam.

Tiger Jam has quickly become the highlight of the concert year in Las Vegas. The star power of Tiger Woods has managed to attract a stellar line-up for the concert. Bon Jovi will be headlining the event with special guest performance by former American Idol Contestant, Daughtry.

Over the past decade, Tiger Jam has grown into one of the worlds leading Charitable Events to date. As a notable "Champion of Children", Tiger Woods raises millions of dollars for the Tiger Woods Foundation and youth-driven charities in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. The Center for Independent Living, The VH1 Save the Music Foundation, GRAMMY in the Schools, and The Boys and Girls Club of Las Vegas have all received funding from proceeds raised at the event.

As with any major event there are numerous parties and gatherings around the city during the weekend. This year the Tiger Jam X concert will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2007. Prior to the main concert Hootie and the Blowfish will be performing at the Pre-Jam Jam hosted at the Mandalay Bay Beach on Friday, May 25th.

Not only is Tiger Woods a great golfer, but he has demonstrated that he cares for the future of our society. His tireless efforts to raise money to help children in need are an example to future generations on how to treat others.

Previous events have seen performers and attendees to include Stevie Wonder, Prince, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion, Ray Romano, Chris Tucker, Pamela Anderson, Wayne Gretzky, Michael Jordan and many others who come out to support this worthy cause. Tiger Jam is a great opportunity to spend some time at the Mandalay Bay among the stars.
