If an all-inclusive deal to Las Vegas sounds great to you, then you should definitely budget for Harrah’s 24-Hour Buffet of Buffet’s promotion. We ventured out during the week to give this a test, and found it to be well worth the price.

We started with brunch at “Lago’s” inside Caesar’s Palace. This place is what one would call “Posh” the buffet at Caesars was an excellent start, with many great choices for breakfast or brunch. For dinner we chose the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood, king crab legs and an excellent Mediterranean section made this  great choice for dinner. We ended our 24 hour buffet-fest with an early brunch at Paris Hotel – here we faced the buffet line of lines – but for a 40 minute wait the fair was well worth it.

The Buffet of Buffet’s is priced at $39.99, but you can save $5.00 when you sign up for the Total Rewards program at any Harrah’s property in Las Vegas, you then have 24 hours to feast at any of the following seven buffets:

  • Lago Buffet at Caesars Palace
  • Paradise Garden Buffet at Flamingo Las Vegas
  • Flavors at Harrah’s Las Vegas
  • Emperor’s Buffet at Imperial Palace
  • Le Village Buffet at Paris Las Vegas
  • Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
  • Carnival World Buffet at Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino

If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive deal on your Las Vegas Golf trip, be sure to ask your Golf Specialist about the Buffet of Buffets – we highly recommend it!

In recent years celebrity chefs including, Wolfgang Puck, Mario Batali, Emeril Lagasse, Tom Colicchio, Thomas Keller and Bobby Flay. These famous chefs are very careful about the food that is served in establishments named after them, so you are assured that you’ll experience some of the best meals in these restaurants – the main problem is which one do you choose?

Forbes has put out a great list on restaurants to partake in right here in Las Vegas – although we as golfers tend to lean toward the best Steak Houses in the city, the article lists a few great restaurants to try out – read more here.

The 41st annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) is set to begin on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, right here in Las Vegas. The opening weekend (May 29-30) features a $1,000 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament, you might want to register early with last years numbers at 6,012 entrants.

Last year the series brought in some top celebrities including Matt Damon, Jason Alexander, Herchel Walker, Brad Garret and more.  This year, we hope to see some additions to this list in Vegas – personally I would love to see Tiger Woods and Michael Jordon get in on this action.

For those interested in the full schedule for the WSOP here’s the link.

Golf Lessons Available on the iPad

Improve your game and take your Apple iPad along with you on the golf course. It’s a pretty sweet app for golfers – take it out on the course or the driving range – Paul Azinger provides drills to help your game, best of all the plans are easy to follow and Paul Azinger is definitely one of the great role models for golfers – if the guy can coach a victory for America at the Ryder Cup – how can we go wrong?

The App is available for the iPhone and iPad – I’ve bought it for the iphone, took it out on the range the other day and followed the drills. I’m pretty impressed with it, the video was great quality and the plans help with specific parts of my game, which is really awesome.

If you downloaded the app – let us know how you liked it!
